Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or product launches.
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Pre-Order Items
Some items may be available for pre-order. Estimated shipping windows will be clearly displayed on the product page. Pre-order timelines are estimates and are subject to change. If multiple items are ordered together, the order will ship once all items are available to ship. Split shipments may be requested by contacting our team.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is their responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a claim.

Delivery Issues
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but your package cannot be located, please check with nearby neighbors or your local post office. You may also file a missing package claim with the carrier. We are here to help guide you through the process as needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if adjustments are needed — we will do our best to accommodate.
