HEIGHTSPACE Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing HEIGHTSPACE. We are committed to delivering premium-quality garments and a positive shopping experience. The following terms apply to returns, refunds, and issues with your order.

United States Purchases Only
HEIGHTSPACE currently ships within the United States only. All returns must be shipped from a U.S. address. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any sign of wear or alteration. HEIGHTSPACE reserves the right to inspect and deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized, altered, or special-order garments
  • Gift cards
  • Preorder items, unless damaged or defective upon receipt
    Preorder items are produced based on customer demand and are not eligible for returns related to fit or preference.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not currently offered. Items eligible for return may be refunded; customers may then place a new order for the desired item.

Fit and Material Disclaimer
Variations in sizing, garment construction, and fabric appearance are normal due to manufacturing processes. HEIGHTSPACE does not guarantee exact measurements. We are not responsible for any skin sensitivities or allergic reactions to materials. All provided care instructions must be followed to preserve the quality of the product.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent. We recommend shipping returns using a trackable service, as HEIGHTSPACE is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify HEIGHTSPACE within 7 days of delivery at [email/contact]. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide further instructions. Approved resolutions may include a refund or replacement.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Governing Law
All returns, refunds, and disputes are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
